Any references to "DealLink AI" within this agreement refer to the services offered under Ridgeline Consulting, LLC DBA Ridgeline AI. By using DealLink AI, you acknowledge that all legal agreements, liabilities, and obligations are governed under Ridgeline Consulting, LLC DBA Ridgeline AI.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While our AI-powered system is designed to deliver efficient and structured lease abstracts, human review is required for each abstract to ensure accuracy. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information generated through our platform.

3. Limitation of Liability

• DealLink AI, Ridgeline Consulting, LLC, and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any losses, damages, liabilities, or legal claims that may arise from the use of this platform.

• Users assume full responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated lease abstracts before relying on them for any business or legal decisions.

• We provide this service as a convenience only, and you acknowledge that use of the platform is at your own risk.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Greenville County, South Carolina, waiving the right to class-action lawsuits.
